As a business traveler, my recent stay at Hampton Inn was a mixed experience. the hotel's amenities, including a business center and meeting facilities, were convenient for my corporate retreat needs. the business center and meeting room, measuring a spacious 432 square feet, provided a comfortable setting for work discussions and presentations. However, the lack of reliable Wi-Fi was a drawback, hindering my ability to work remotely efficiently. the off-site car park and 24-hour reception added to the convenience, making my stay hassle-free. the fitness center and indoor swimming pool were pleasant options for relaxation after a long day of meetings. Despite some issues, such as inconsistent room cleanliness and Wi-Fi connectivity, the staff, especially Rebecca at the front desk, displayed professionalism and excellent customer service. Overall, Hampton Inn offers a decent business traveler's haven, with room for improvement in service consistency.
